It is important not to get disheartened by challenges and setbacks along the way. Lasting wellness requires commitment and patience, as well as a good dose of kindness to yourself.

  • No. My aim is to equip you with all the tools you need in order to be able to manage your wellbeing on your own. Though I will be available for ad hoc sessions upon the completion of a package, should you need me.

  • Again, everyone’s journey and situation is unique and some will struggle more than others committing to a new way of eating and being. In time, and with small steps, I am confident you will begin to see improvements, spurning you on to continue on your new path. I will do my best to support you in sticking to the plan we develop together and make any necessary changes to it as we go. If I feel you require extra support from other mainstream or complementary healthcare provisions, I will guide you in the right direction.

  • I will do my best to tailor my plans to your budget and ensure you get at least the most essential supplements and tests. I am also able to advocate for you with your mainstream health provider and request additional tests that way.
